Reminder: This is a private club and everyone is expected to act accordingly with our dress code and PGT code of conduct. The full use of the club is being offered to us for the day, however the independant restaurant and bar is no longer in operation (see below for more details).
 
 
Tee Times & Pairings for The Pines 9-5-21. First starting time @ 11 am (see below for specific groups)
All will be finalized Saturday and the following may still need to be changed.  Nothing is final until listed as final.
*NOTE--Listed times are approximate AND based on what happens at the course and the play out in front of us.  THERE IS ALWAYS A CHANCE WE CAN START EARLY.
Some adjustments may always need to be made, so arrive early enough to check in and warm up if there happens to be a last minute change.
DO NOT call PGT the morning of the event with questions unless it is an emergency.  Call the course for conditions, directions, frost delays, etc..  We will send out an email and make every attempt to contact the players if we find out the event is canceled.
Remember, If the course is open, you are obligated and we will play unless there is an unusual circumstance (cold or rainy weather is not unusual).

Locate registration table inside to check in and pay entry fee.  Table opens at 10:30am.  Check in at least a half hour before your tee time in case of changes.
Official score cards will be issued, scoring sheets displayed, and local rules for the day will be posted.  
BE AT OR NEAR THE STARTING AREA AND FIRST TEE AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR FINAL LISTED TEE TIME or you may be penalized.
STARTING WILL BE DONE FROM REGISTRATION TABLE
 
 
Format: 18 hole individual net stroke play

$125 entry fee includes green fees, cart, taxes, Range use (if open), daily flight prize purse, taxes, admin fee, and TC fee.
$25--Optional Flight skins (Gross and Net)
$5--Optional  CTPs
 
Flights may vary based on final number of players.
Flight 1--Handicap range approx 1-11
Flight 2--Handicap range approx 12-up

 We were  recently advised that the restaurant and bar at the club has completely shut down (it was always separate from the club).  The pro shop is trying to get a variety of drinks for sale, but BYOB is allowed.  Please bring what you need during the round and what you may want after the round.
