Listed times below are approximate and based on what happens at the course and the play out in front of us. 
Some adjustments may always need to be made, so arrive early enough to check in and warm up if there happens to be a last minute change.
DO NOT call PGT the morning of the event with questions.  Call the course for conditions, directions, frost delays, etc..  We will send out an email and make every attempt to contact the players if we find out the event is canceled.
Remember, If the course is open, you are obligated to pay and we will play unless there is an unusual circumstance (cold or rainy weather is not unusual).

Format: 18 hole individual NET stroke play 
$135 entry fee includes green fees, cart, taxes, daily flight prize purse, taxes, admin fee and TC bonus.
$25--Optional Flight skins (Gross and Net)
$10--Optional Flight CTPs (#5 and #16)
PCS--optional year long competition--refer to Club Handbook

Locate registration/scoring table beside pro shop to check in and pay entry fee.  Table opens at 11:30. 
Check in at least a half hour before your tee time in case of changes and to have any questions answered.
BE AT OR NEAR THE STARTING AREA AND FIRST TEE AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR FINAL LISTED TEE TIME or you may be penalized.
Scoring will be in the grill room of main clubhouse.

Flights, handicaps, and tees may be adjusted and are based on final number of players.
Your PGT tournament index will be course adjusted based on final numbers to determine playing handicap and flight.
