Hill Crest Country Club Results, PCS #3---Sunday April 25, 2021

April is done and looking forward to warmer days ahead. Hill Crest CC was in decent shape and dry enough after overnight rain that we could play the ball down and no cart path restrictions. Sun came out but the wind picked up later in the day and the course played longer and tougher than normal. All 16 foursomes finished in under 4.5 hours.

Next Sunday at Nemacolin CC is our first PCS Major for increased points. Reminder that you can still get into the year long PCS competition at any time. The Year long Match Play tournament is filled. Brackets and pairings will be set later this week and matches can start right after.

#REMINDER-all players MUST post all their own rounds to GHIN or you will receive a penalty score.....and make sure it is posted as a COMPETITION round if it was a tournament. Also, make sure slope and rating (tees played) is correct, and you should enter scores hole by hole to make sure it is properly reduced if needed (max score allowed per hole). If the tees you played are different than what is in the system, you can simply go to www.ghin.com to manually enter course name, slope, rating, and total 18 hole score (but you have to know if any hole is reduced (max per hole is par + 2 + how ever many strokes you get on that particular hole). Not all phone apps have a manual entry link.
The tournament yesterday at Hill Crest was played from the following tees, which is the same as the standard course tees and data in the GHIN system, so hole-by-hole entry can be done.
